2018年今日头条年度盛典榜单揭晓，吴亦凡、杨紫获评今日头条年度最受关注男女明星。吴亦凡还和杨颖一起获得今日头条年度全能明星荣誉。佟大为、关晓彤获评今日头条年度号召力明星。
李易峰、蔡徐坤、张一山、杨幂、周冬雨、赵丽颖等24位当红明星参与了人气角逐，最终直接由头条用户票选产生。
此外，雷佳音、周冬雨获评今日头条年度实力演员；李易峰、任素汐获评今日头条年度爆发力演员；沈腾、江疏影获评今日头条年度魅力演员。
